Optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Kesehatan untuk Mengurangi Kesalahan Data Pasien

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang kesehatan mendorong penggunaan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (HIS) dan Electronic Health Record (EHR) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Namun, berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan kualitas data, seperti kesalahan input, duplikasi, dan inkonsistensi data pasien, masih sering terjadi dan berdampak pada keselamatan pasien [1], [2]. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap kesalahan data pasien serta mengidentifikasi faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengguna HIS. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan kesalahan data pasien. Selain itu, faktor manusia dan kurangnya integrasi sistem juga menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kesalahan data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi HIS melalui peningkatan kualitas sistem, validasi data otomatis, integrasi sistem, dan pelatihan pengguna dapat mengurangi kesalahan data pasien secara signifikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan data serta keselamatan pasien.
